I created a front and back cover, inner cover and interior illustrations for this poetry collection. The cover is a bright full-colour digital design and the interior spot illustrations and double-page spreads were hand-painted with ink.
The poet wanted the three sections of the book, the three 'States', to have a full double-page spread.
The book features many small ink illustrations that accompany the words, these were kept simple and aimed to harmonise with the poems.
