I worked on a very exciting project with Shrewsbury BID to create illustrations to advertise the town to Christmas shoppers and decorate Shrewsbury's streets and independent shops with festive cheer on the run-up to Christmas 2021. The project worked alongside a short film with Painted Life Productions, which I provided storyboards and prop work for.
Here is the main illustration I created for the advertisement, and as an artwork for a letter to Father Christmas that children could post in special festive postboxes around town.
I added a little festive bird to adorn the Original Shrewsbury logo.
I created some large-scale flag designs that were dotted all through the town streets.
As well as some totem designs that were on street level.
I created some transparent window decals to be placed in the independent shops.
A wrapping paper design to be used by the independent shops as a gift wrap service.
And finally, a Christmas parking sign for the local car parks.
