2024 design: After designing the artwork for the 2023 Shrewsbury Flower Show, I was asked by Yarrinton to create a nighttime version for 2024. This new version would be keeping the format of the first design, but tweaking the colour palette and adding a few new elements to the scene.
And here are some extra illustrations I made so that the Flower Show could use any elements in their graphic design or social media posts.
2023 design: The brief was to create an illustration with a bright, 'festival' feel to appeal to younger families and showcase the different events that can be enjoyed over the weekend. The client wanted my illustration style to match that of my murals, so the aim with to have bold, flatter colours rather than my usual outlined illustrations. The illustration was to be broken down into different layers so that specific elements could be used for a wide variety of marketing purposes.
